Prayer prompt for Tuesday, Sept. 1

Are you afraid of dying? Take heart, dear Christian! Jesus himself is getting ready to welcome you. (John 14:1-3)

Imagine that Jesus was coming over for dinner tonight. What would you do to prepare for his arrival? Is he welcome to make himself at home?

As you prepare your heart for church tomorrow, think about the matchless gift that Jesus offers us through his life, death, & resurrection.

I can handle challenges more easily when I have an end goal in mind. Remember Revelation 22:20 – Jesus is returning one day! Amen!
